INGREDIENTS
- 1 red onion
- 2-3 cups of vinegar
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sukrin Gold
These marinated onions will add that extra crunch, freshness and turn any dish into a masterpiece. They are super easy to make and can be stored for several days. They will spicy up any salad or dish not only taste-wise but also colour wise. And who doesn’t love when a dish looks lovely too?
Steps:
- Cut the onions into thin slices and put them in a clean container preferably glass.
- Pour Vinegar, pepper and Sukrin over the onions. Close and keep cool until serving. Minimum 30 minutes but the longer the better.
Serve:
The options on how to serve these little crunchies are endless. Put them on a salad, use them to pimp up your meat or like the photo above, use them to make your Cauliflower Pizza even more delicious.
Anything special to remember:
Can be stored in an airtight container for a least a week but once you try them, they won’t last that long ;)
